The Program Manager is responsible for managing 2 or more programs portfolios. The Program Manager manages the execution of multiple large enterprise projects and project teams through the full project lifecycle. Program Manager is accountable for delivering to committed scope, on-time and within budget. He/she represents IS&T to business stakeholders and acts as the IS&T relationship manager to one or more clients. The Program Manager acts as a leader in defining and improving processes in the PMO and by demonstrating use of these processes and providing mentoring to other project managers. The Program Manager has direct supervision responsibility for employees.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with 2+ years of management experience
- Advanced oral & written communications skills required
