Boston University Metropolitan College seeks an office operations assistant to help with administrative, event and facilities tasks for the college. The job includes answering phones, responding to email, event support, facilities maintenance requests and fulfilling various other administrative responsibilities. The position is 40 hours per week. This is a temporary position between the months of January and May, with the potential to extend.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Experience working in higher education and events support is preferred.
