Job Details
Under limited supervision, maintains the science laboratories for the disciplines of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, and Geology; oversees and supervises the preparation of laboratories for the classroom with 2 temporary, part-time staff. This is a full-time, 12 month benefit eligible position, typically M-F, 8-5, with daily availability for questions and troubleshooting with faculty and staff.

duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of science lab maintenance principles and practices. Skill in supervising and training others as well as positive interactions with others. Able to apply a high level of detail to the work. Knowledgeable with lab safety protocols. Skill in oral, written, and interpersonal communication and bi-lingual a plus.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field, and three years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job and/or as approved by the Human Resources department.
