The Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology at the University of Florida College of Medicine is seeking an academic scholar to fill a full-time, tenure or non-tenure track faculty position at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor.

Responsibilities will include teaching and research. Teaching responsibilities include primarily in-class and online team-taught histology and secondarily gross anatomy and embryology courses to medical, dental, physician assistant, graduate and undergraduate students. Research responsibilities include research in educational methods, teaching efficacy and curriculum development.

Commensurate with education and experience

Minimum Requirements:

Requirements include a PhD and/or MD in anatomy, cell biology and/or a related biomedical field. Prior college teaching experience and evidence of excellence in teaching is desirable, and dedication to teaching is essential.
