Central Arizona College is seeking reliable and mature Student Employees to complete a variety of operational duties.Please read all job qualifications and requirements before applying. When applying please also indicate at the end of your application the department and campus in which you would like to work for, you may choose from the list of available positions below. Please note applications will be monitored bi-weekly and disbursed based on the departmental needs. All student employment positions are up to 19 hour per week, but vary on needs of department and eligibility. Job Duties:
Assist with correcting, completing and preparing paperwork as assigned by the supervisor.Able to perform basic office skills: typing, filing, cleaning, shredding, making flyers, answering phones.Possess basic computer skills i.e., Word, Excel, Publisher, Adobe and PowerPoint.Possess the ability to assist and answer questions from customers and operate regular office equipment such as copy machines, postage machine, and printers.Running variety of errandsAssist students in accessing their Student Portals, as needed.Handle confidential information with tact, discretion and in compliance with FERPA regulations.Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.Provide assistance to the instructors and part-time staff, as needed.Additional job duties and responsibilities may vary based on your department.QualificationsStudent Employment Qualifications:
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA.Must be enrolled in no less than six (6) credits at CAC. A student can work up to 19 hours per week if enrolled in 12 or more credits, 15 hours per week if enrolled for 9 – 11 credits and 10 hours per week if enrolled in 6 – 8 credits. Students can work no more than 19 hours per week while classes are in session.Must obtain at least a 2.0 GPAMust pass a background verification of employmentKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesDesired Skills:
