The Office of the Provost is seeking a nine-month temporary HR Recruitment Coordinator. This position will be responsible for supporting the ongoing efficiencies of the Department as they pertain all aspects of recruitment not limited to:Examples of Work Performed:- Complete the day-to-day recruitment activities for staff and temporary positions through the Human Capital Management (HCM) and CU Careers systems.
- Assist departments as needed in recruiting new talent by sourcing candidates, writing job descriptions/announcements, screening applicants, performing job analysis, selecting/developing assessment devices, and consulting with subject matter experts.
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters for minimum and preferred qualifications.
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires for search summaries.
- Manage the search committee process including delegate meeting, candidate vetting, interview question development, candidate communications
- Guide search committee in search procedures for the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.
- Experience with job evaluations and /or full cycle recruitment.Experience working with HR systems.Experience with project management.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.Outstanding customer service skills.Knowledge of university policies and procedures, and ability to apply them. Strong attention to detail. Ability to develop office processes as needed. Ability to work both individually and as a team.Demonstrated successful program and project management experience.
