Public Law and Policy Fellow - Public Law and Policy Program - School of Law

The Public Law and Policy Program is seeking to hire a Public Law and Policy Fellow focused on constitutional law, public law, administrative law, and political theory.

The Public Law and Policy Program continues Berkeley Law's long tradition of scholarship on issues of constitutional and administrative law, and judicial and legislative process. It focuses in particular on the separation of powers, the balance of authority between the federal and state governments, interpretation, and public policy making. The Program advances its mission by supporting research and scholarship, and holding events to generate public discussion and
understanding of the interaction between law and public policy.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Developing research projects and initiatives in collaboration with faculty, in particular joint research projects in constitutional law, public law, and political theory
  • Identify and attract speakers who will add to the ideological diversity on campus with faculty
  • Organize and/or host and/or participate in panels and conferences related to constitutional law, public law, administrative law, and political theory

Additional materials may be requested of applicants.
