Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, psychology, counseling or relevant field.Two (2) years of experience coordinating day-to-day business and administrative operations of an organization.Two (2) years of professional-level customer service experience. One (1) year experience in procurement and/or purchasing.
- Experience working with faculty, staff, and students in a higher education environment.Experience working with CU Data, CU Marketplace, PeopleSoft, Navigate and Concur or similar systems and software.Supervisory experience.Experience in event planning and execution.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both a written and verbal capacity.Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity in problem-solving.Demonstrate personal and professional development.Ability to work independently when necessary, set priorities, research and resolve problems and follow-through on projects/assignments with minimal direction.Ability to multi-task and maintain consistent high-level performance.Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.Ability to take direction and use independent judgment to meet multiple deadlines.Ability to analyze and interpret policies, procedures, reports, and applications.Ability to effectively explain and implement processes and procedures.Outstanding customer service skills and the commitment to service quality.Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive learning and working environment.Strong computer and technology skills; proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
