Job Description:The Department of Astronomy at the University of Florida invites applicants for a post-doctoral associate who will work with Dr. Jaehan Bae on young stars, young planets, protoplanetary disks, or planet formation, starting in Fall 2022. Candidates are welcome to suggest their own research projects on either theory or observation. Experience in (magneto-)hydrodynamic simulations, radiative transfer calculations, chemical modeling, machine learning and/or radio and millimeter data reduction/analysis is preferred. The applicant must have Ph.D. in astrophysics by the date of appointment.
