Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Associate's degree and at least two years of HR experience; OR a High School diploma and five years of experience in HR (or similar setting of HR experience).

Required Experience
Proficient with Word and Excel; Strong customer service, organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and oral/written communication skills; must possess a professional demeanor, objectivity and the ability to make professional assessments and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to prioritize and assess workload in order to meet immediate demands of Executive Search.
Must be able to interact appropriately with internal/external constituents at all levels. Must also be self-motivated and able to use appropriate judgment and discretion - not requiring direct supervision

ABILITIES

Ability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships with management at all levels of the organization
Ability to analyze, interpret, and develop workable solutions to organizational issues
Knowledge of Employee Relations, Recruitment and Employment and Position Classification and Compensation

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least one year of HR experience; OR Master's Degree from an accredited college or university. PHR, SPHR, SHRM or other certification.

Preferred Experience
Bachelor's degree and previous experience in recruitment in an academic health care environment is a plus. Experience with Peoplesoft and/or similar HRMS system or a similar system is a plus.

Responsibilities

Back-up for Consultant
Performs back up duties for the Executive Search Consultant and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.


Conducts market research to source candidates
Conducts market research to source candidates and attract a strong candidate pool. Creates job ads by evaluating the position descriptions to reflect the key aspects of the position and screens and responds to CVs/resumes received. May assist with the creation/coordination of candidate itineraries.


Serve as a point of contact for executive hires
Manages onboarding operations and relocation assistance for new employment for Executive recruiting. Serves as a point of contact for executive hires.

Finalizes job/new hire folders. Coordinates and assists new hire with Federal, State, and Enterprise paperwork. Ensures proper and complete Executive Search files. Enters disposition codes for completed searches.


Webpages/Social Media account updates
Ensures relevant content and appropriate timing of webpages/social media account updates for Executive Search.


Manage the Executive Transition program
Manages the Executive Transition program by partnering with new hire departments in determining the Transition team members and designated mentor; connecting the new executive with the mentor, assessing the program, serving as a resource to mentors in carrying out their role, and documenting the activities.


Performs critical reviews of invoices for payment & requests
Performs critical reviews of invoices presented for payment and requests specific details to document and support the associated charges; processes reimbursement of expenditures for candidates, vendors, and senior leaders. Follows up with search firms for updates. Updates may include: requesting communication, providing EEO disposition codes and necessary reporting, etc. Assists with budget tracking and maintenance. Assists with candidate travel arrangements and transportation.


Create & Analyze HR reports
Assists with the creation and analysis of a variety of HR reports for Executive recruiting.

Job Summary

The Executive Search HR Coordinator is a professional who serves as a critical component of the organization's executive search function. With responsibility for carrying out a variety of tasks related to the administration of executive recruitment, this position is an integral member of the Executive Search Team.

Shift/Salary Shift: Days Primarily Pay Grade: 12 Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position Recruitment Period: 11/29/2021 - Until filledConditions of Employment
