Pay Grade/Pay Range: 55 Hourly (non-exempt) - Minimum - $ 12.61 Midpoint - $ 18.29

Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm
Job Summary: Performs research work in support of a major research project. May order equipment and supplies, set up equipment, perform experiments, monitor results, collect data and/or prepare support material. May supervise students or other support workers assigned to the research project.
Additional Department Summary: This is a part-time temporary research position. The research assistant will perform assessments for a research study and train undergraduate students to perform assessments. In addition, the research assistant will help with participant recruitment, paperwork, and other miscellaneous research tasks.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field based on the area of research and some experience. Graduate Assistant, Intern, or student oriented research experience will be considered. To be considered student experience, it must be detailed in the employment section on the application.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Experience as a paid undergraduate research assistant during the 2021-2022 academic year.
Skills and Knowledge: Research lab experience in psychology; knowledge of the assessment battery for the study
Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a paid undergraduate research assistant during the 2021-2022 academic year.
