Educational and Experience Requirement:Associates Degree in a related field. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Three years related experience.
Nature & Purpose of Position:Performs advanced specialist duties for the Center for Community Engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:Performs specialist duties. Designs, maintains and updates databases. Performs audits. Provides Center information to and is able to communicate professionally with faculty, students, staff, and community members. Assists in developing policies and interprets policies and procedures. Schedules appointments. Compiles, tracks, and reviews data and reports. Prepares, reviews, revises and distributes documents and correspondence. May be responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and participating in special projects. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Other Specifications:Requires general knowledge of standard office functions. Requires good knowledge of procedures and practices. Must be able to use standard office software and demonstrate an advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel. Must be able to apply policies and procedures and solve routine problems of a repetitive nature.
