STANDARD HOURS: 40 hours per week. Typical hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm; Flexibility required to include other evening and/or weekend hours as necessary.
SALARY RANGE: $65,273 - $72,256 per year
*Current benefit eligible employees will be placed within the pay range based on their current rate/range.

POSITION SUMMARY The Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion has a functional responsibility to ensure institutional alignment by providing leadership, guidance, and resources around fostering a culture of equity and inclusion. To this end, the College strives to close its student equity gaps and be an employer of choice. This position is responsible for the management, development, implementation, and evaluation of key Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) activities within the division and those that have cross-divisional impact and connection to the success of the College’s strategic priorities. - Lead multiple cross-divisional projects related to the success of the College’s strategic priorities for diversity, equity, and inclusion.Work in collaboration with Chief Officer for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Chair(s) of the College’s Diversity Team to prioritize and execute DEI action plans. Partner with NWTC teams and workgroups leading key DEI activities to assess needs and ensure alignment with college strategy. Apply standardized project management processes to ensure successful implementation that is on time, within budget, and achieves key program deliverables.Utilize standardized project management and improvement science tools to identify, create, and implement tools to measure the impact of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and activities. Establish project management status reports for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Division, including centralized and transparent documentation.Organize and facilitate meetings and communications between college teams, training partners, DEI staff, and when needed, external partners. Other duties as assigned by the Chief Officer for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – will be required within three years if not already held.Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the District’s standard insurance policy terms.
