Job Details

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls for the Enrollment Services (Admissions, Enrollment Advising, and Testing);
  • Utilize Banner and other college resources as needed;
  • Assist with calling projects;
  • Provide excellent customer service;
  • Refer callers with elevated needs to Admissions, Enrollment Advising, or Testing Center staff;
  • Assist Administrative Specialist, Counselors, Advisors, and Testing Center Personnel as needed; and, Always maintain confidentiality of student accounts
Minimum and Additional Requirements

An Associate’s Degree with demonstrated related administrative experience or a high school education and one (1) year of demonstrated related work experience. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office; effective oral and written communications skills; sound judgment; and the ability to work well with the general public and other faculty and staff members.
