Job Description:

ECU ITCS/Client Engagement and Support is currently seeking a Pirate Techs – Service Desk student worker to assist faculty, staff, students, retirees, alumni, and other ECU clients both over the phone and from our web based chat tool. The student worker will assist clients with technology related issues such as setting up email on computers and smart phones, connecting devices to wifi, installing ECU software, and troubleshooting computer related issues. They will also assist with checking a client’s account and providing information to client on how to reset their passphrase. The student should also be responsible, committed to work, have good communication skills, have good note taking skills, have a willingness to learn, and the ability to provide good customer service.
