General Description: Primary responsibility as an assistant administrator for tutoring services on the Loudoun campus of NOVA. Will assist the operational needs of the Tutoring Coordinator. Assist with scheduling for tutors and student appointments; recruitment and training; promotion and advertising of the tutoring center’s services. Maintain accurate student records for tutoring appointments. Efficient operation of Tutoring Center front desk. In addition, may tutor students in a variety of delivery methods and locations on campus.
Duties and Tasks: In administrative capacity, will assist supervising daily operations and tutoring staff at direction of Tutoring Coordinator. Will perform administrative functions as assigned by the leadership team of tutoring services. These operational tasks will include, but are not limited to: scheduling of student tutors, scheduling of student requests for tutors, service promotion, training, manage social media for center, data and file management, center maintenance, and as acting as a liaison between tutoring and the NOVA Loudoun faculty and staff.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.KSA's/Required Qualifications:

Associates degree in general studies or related field, or equivalent applicable training and/or experience.
Previous tutoring and/or teaching experience.
Bachelors degree in a core discipline or related field or higher. Operation of a State Vehicle:
