Job Description:

This position has the primary responsibility of payroll, lab case processing, assisting with supply receiving and documentation which ensures timely payments. Also provides back-up support to the front desk as needed such as patient reception, appointments, collection of patient payments, handling inbound calls and insurance verification and processing.

Expected Salary:

$14.00 - $15.00/hour, commensurate with education/experience

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Ability to plan, organize, and perform work assignments

Attention to detail

Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with others

Practices good time management

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of all phases of dental treatment

Knowledge of clinic efficiency

Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus but not required
