SALARY AND BENEFITS:

The posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities involved with the recruitment, selection, and matriculation of prospective students to the Montana College of Osteopathic Medicine and other programs at RVU-Montana.
  • Manage the full spectrum of the admission process including recruitment, application, interview and matriculation processes. Works closely with the Admissions Committee and other departments within enrollment management to ensure a seamless matriculation process.
  • In conjunction with RVU Information Systems develops an effective and efficient automated admissions process.
  • Represent RVU-Montana at local and national venues in accordance to the RVU core values and demonstrate leadership to ensure excellent experiences for all student recruits and applicants.
  • Audit and reconcile all necessary application and matriculation requirements and documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership to team with regular feedback, assessments, performance evaluations, and performance improvement measures. Assist in recruiting, developing, advancing and retaining staff.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with pre-health advisors, career counselors, and other such personnel at other educational institutions.
  • Ensure privacy, confidentiality with sensitive, controversial, and personal data of students and applicants as per university policies and other federal, state, local regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on statistics, demographics, and survey responses to senior leaders.
  • Serve as an active participant on various committees or task forces or other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    1. Assist administration, faculty and staff in special projects as required.
    2. Act as liaison between RVU-Montana and other educational institutions and organizations as directed by the VP of Enrollment Management or the Assistant or Associate Dean of Student Affairs.
    3. Participate in RVU-Montana activities and other relevant community activities as an active member of the RVU team.
