The Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, Division of Public Mental Health and Population Science, Center for Behavioral Health Services and Implementation Research (CBHSIR) is seeking a Social Science Research Professional. The candidate will serve as a team leader and along with the center director, oversee a research portfolio and team dedicated to the application of implementation science methods to improve the quality of health care delivery and public health. Research in this portfolio includes: 1) implementing behavioral health services in routine medical practice settings, such as primary care and emergency departments; 2) implementing medications for drug and alcohol use disorders in general and specialty practice settings and systems; and 3) serving as a Stanford and national resource center for dissemination and implementation research mentoring, consultation, collaboration and research materials and tools. Although the CBHSIR Program Manager (SSRP) will be involved with staff members and projects across the portfolio, a particular focus will be #1, implementing and evaluating sustainable integrated behavioral health services, including both mental health and addiction, in primary care practice settings and systems.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Graduate degree in an applicable social science related field and five years of applicable experience, or combination of education and experience in an applicable social science.
