Provides excellent customer servce by greeting customers, answering phones,checking in patients,emergency intake and directing patient concerns to appropriate supervisor while maintaining a courteous professional demeanor. Maintains clinical schedule by inputting appointments, maintaining waiting lists,registering new patients,updating patient information and verifying insurance. Contributes to the financial goals of the center by collecting payments, maintaining schedules to fullest potential, posting charges, assuring pre treatment estimates have been discussed and signed by patient.
High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of experience required.
