Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.:- Familiarity with a modern Javascript framework such as React or Svelte
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming
- Basic understanding of web accessibility
- Basic understanding of web responsiveness
- Ability to translate non-technical feature requests into technical requirements
- Experience with a distributed source control system such as git
- Strong understanding of React or Svelte
- Strong understanding GraphQL
- Strong understanding of TypeScript
- Ability to use Docker to develop and deploy applications
- Demonstrated ability to create responsive and accessible web applications
- Experience with the architecture and development of a robust server-side API
- Understanding of databases (MongoDB and/or MySQL) and how they relate to the development of web and mobile applications
Overview
We are hiring a software developer with experience in TypeScript and React / Svelte. This individual will divide their time between supporting and maintaining our existing applications and contributing to the development of new applications.

About You
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the relationship between a client application and an API. You should be familiar with how to write a web application using a modern framework. The right candidate will be able to solve problems in a self-directed manner. Most importantly you should be comfortable in an environment where you can freely give and receive feedback while developing APIs, data structures, and writing HTML and CSS.

- Participate in the requirements gathering and development phases of new software applications
- Develop integrations between major applications
- Deploy Docker containers to servers
- Implement client-side UI based on Low and High fidelity designs
- Communicate regularly with teammates about problems, solutions, best practices, and other technical topics
- Build and deploy applications
If selected for an interview, applicants will be required to complete a short take-home programming and deployment assignment.
