Salary Information:$14.75
Job Summary:Deliver, install, and repair computer hardware, software, peripheral devices and media equipment at Ankeny Campus.
Essential Functions:Provide Ankeny on-site support for computer hardware, software, peripheral devices and classroom technology. Schedule, prep, and install new equipment. Troubleshoot, repair, or replace broken and outdated equipment. Manage e-waste storage and disposal. Maintain the life cycle and inventory of computer assets. Keep accurate records of all service orders, installs, and deliveries performed through ticket system. Perform warranty repairs or replacements according to manufacturer’s requirements. Set-up equipment and provide support for conferences, orientations, and registrations sessions. Work with Help Desk, and Senior Network Systems Analysts to ensure technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:Excellent customer skills, keyboarding skills, ability to accurately document instructions and take notes, and the ability to find solutions to technical issues.
Work Schedule:20 hours per week. Days and times to be determined.
