Director of Enrollment-Data Services

Trinity Washington University, a comprehensive university in the Nation’s capital, is seeking

a data-driven, strategic thinker to work alongside members of Trinity’s Senior Executive Team to develop and maintain data-systems and reports that support the work of Admissions and Enrollment Services. The successful candidate should understand how the data available across multiple systems can be used for marketing, program development, enrollment development and retention.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure data integrity and quality through oversight of data-entry processes and data maintenance.
• Create, improve, and maintain reports that support efforts to leverage data in the pursuit of increased student recruitment, inquiry management, application management, and retention.
• Effectively manipulate and analyze multiple sources of data to inform recommendations that influence marketing, recruiting, and enrollment.
• Summarize results of analysis for multiple audiences, including creating data visualizations.
• Partner with other senior leaders in Admissions and Enrollment Management to create and assess data-drive recruitment and enrollment management strategies.

• Ability to work across multiple departments both independently as a member of a team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Analytics (preferred), applied statistics, or a closely related field.
• Experience and a working knowledge of admissions and enrollment operations/systems and data.
• Experience working in a Higher Education setting.
• Experience querying and manipulating data from a data-warehouse.
• Experience with Embark and PowerCampus, preferred.
• Familiar with Student Financial Aid systems, such as PowerFAIDs, preferred.
