Successful candidates should exhibit a strong willingness and ability to teach courses in leadership, management, and organizational behavior. Teaching duties could include undergraduate, MBA, and doctoral students.
We are especially interested in candidates with a grounding in Organizational Behavior or an allied discipline who are currently pursuing work in the area of Leadership.What You Should KnowAs part of the University of Colorado Boulder’s deep commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, the campus has implemented a reference check pilot program with respect to final candidates for tenured faculty appointments. New employees must provide proof of vaccination or receive a medical or religious exemption within 30 days of employment.What We Can OfferPending funding approval, the range for an Assistant Professor is $160,000-$175,000, for an Associate Professor is $170,000-$195,000 and Full Professor is $260,000-$275,000. Be Boulder.What We RequireMinimum qualifications include a doctorate in Organizational Behavior or an allied discipline and a strong willingness and ability to teach courses in leadership at the undergraduate MBA, and doctoral levels. What We Would Like You To HaveDesired qualifications include at least one top‐tier management publication on the topic of leadership, and several years of experience teaching leadership, management, or organizational behavior at the undergraduate, MBA or doctoral levels.Special InstructionsTo apply, please submit the materials listed below:
