Job Summary This position provides specialized support for university human resources functions.

Responsibilities
    Provides support for the employee recruitment and hiring process. (30%)Places job advertisements for open positions.Onboards new employees; assists employees in completing paperwork; verifies completeness of forms.Runs background and E-verify checks.Prepares new hire packages.Enters new hire information into computerized database.
Provides specialized support for a variety of department operations. (60%)Acts as employee Tuition Assistance Program Coordinator.Responds to a variety of employee questions and concerns.Completes disbursement authorizations.Makes purchases for the department using a university purchase card.Coordinates annual and probational performance evaluations.Assists with processing part-time instructor appointments.Collects data and prepares Affirmative Action reports.Serves as the campus Well Being liaison.Assists with IPEDS data validation.Serves as dual appointment coordinator.Performs a variety of related duties. (10%)Required Qualifications
    Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred.More than one year of related experience required.
