Minimum Qualifications:Requires at least a baccalaureate degree in the field. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.
Position Summary:Oversees and maintains video exchange, all related equipment, prepare scout video presentations, and videos all home and away games. Assist all staff members with duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies:Experience in a college basketball support staff or coaching role. Specialized knowledge of video software and sports video editing programs (i.e. XO’s, DragonFly, Synergy, etc.). Working knowledge of satellite television delivery systems. Experience with Division I or professional basketball programs.
Knowledge of current technology-based systems and software applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, internet, email, web pages).
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

Duties/Responsibilities:Responsible for the coordination of all aspects of scouting, film exchanges, video and editing to include:
—Preparation strategy for pre-scout.
—Assist with all scouts with assistant and head coach.
—Prepare all scout tape presentations for team viewing for home and away games.
—Secure facilities and equipment for video presentations for away contest
—Organize and maintain scouting reports on opponents
