- Prepare syllabus in accordance with accreditation requirements
- Deliver course in an inspirational and disciplined method
- Ability to meet with students outside of class as needed
- Conduct critiques of student work
- Communicate effectively with support and logistical staff
- Serve on departmental committees
- Perform other related duties as assigned, including student consultations
- Extensive experience in the cinematography field
- Masterful knowledge of film
- Extensive industry experience
- Teaching experience at a higher education institution
- Master's degree is preferred
