SummaryThe Senior Administrative Program Coordinator, Major Gifts, School of Medicine reports to the Sr. Director of Medical Alumni Relations and Development and works closely with the Director of Development, Assistant Director, Reunion Giving, and the Assistant Director, Annual Fund.The position is responsible for overall administrative support of alumni programming, reunions, annual fund, and development initiatives for the School of Medicineâs Advancement Team.Responsibilities include data management; assistance with events and reunions; coordination of mailings and correspondences; administration of medical alumni association membership drive; Tulane Medical Alumni Association (TMAA) board processing and meeting preparations; prospect management support services; expense, reimbursement and invoice processing; and other administrative duties as determined by the directors.The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator will also assist in the development of programs for all targeted constituencies and help build a strong, active corps of volunteers for the School of Medicine.This position works with other departments within Advancement, including all Major Gifts teams, Gift Planning, Stewardship, Corporate & Foundation Relations, Alumni Relations, Development Communications, and other departments throughout the university.
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 yearsâ administrative or office support
- Experience with event planning, social media, and marketing.
