Job Details
Lake Forest College seeks a part-time department assistant to provide administrative support to faculty in an academic building on campus.
Qualifications include:
- Previous administrative/secretarial experience
- Previous business experience a plus
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, plus an aptitude and willingness to learn new computer-related skills
- Ability to track budgets and expenses
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects
- Ability to work effectively and professionally with students, staff and faculty
- An Associate degree at minimum; BA preferred
Position available:
20 hours per week year-round.
