Provide clinical instruction to students in Doctor of Dental Medicine and Advanced Education degree programs; guide the clinical care provided by students in the practice group; evaluate students’ clinical skills and competencies including diagnosis and treatment planning, preventive, restorative (fillings, crowns and bridges) and rehabilitative care (implants, dentures); provide clinical care to dental patients and may be required to perform additional classroom teaching and administrative duties. Duties also to be performed at the BU Dental Health Center (930 Commonwealth Ave., Boston, MA 02215).

Required Skills

Must have DDS or DMD (or equivalent), MA dental license, and at least 12 months of training resulting in a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) or Advanced Education in one of the following dental specialties: prosthodontics, endodontics, or related field. Duties to be performed at BU School of Dental Medicine (635 Albany St., Boston, MA) & BU Dental Health Center (930 Commonwealth Ave., Boston, MA).
