Under the general direction of the cook staff, this position may perform production duties such as baking, roasting, frying, etc. It will also perform other duties such as stocking, dish room operation, trash removal and mopping.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA's) and/or Competencies required and preferred:

Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends
Ability to read and comprehend recipes, lists, and production needs
Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
Knowledge of safety and sanitization procedures
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to work in extreme temperatures
Ability to work in congested work areas and areas where wet processed are used
Ability to wear protective footwear
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. on a fairly continuous basis
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification Preferred :
Experience Required: Experience in a food service industry.
