Program Manager....School of Public Health Online MPH Program

Location: New Orleans, LA

Summary

Under the supervision of the Associate Dean of Online Programs, the Program Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the school’s newly established Office of Online Programs. They will be accountable for organizing and coordinating operations for the office, travel logistics, event planning and scheduling programs. The Program Manager will work with faculty, the Office of Student Experience, Enrollment Management, Administration & Finance, Financial Aid and external vendors. This position will require evening and weekend commitments. Telework is permitted.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or closely related field. •Minimum of two years’ experience in a higher education setting coordinating events

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience working within the field of public health education. •Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and processing including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
