- As part of the IT Deskside Support Team, resolves all technology-related, executive-level issues.
- Works with IT staff to resolve issues and to implement effective solutions meeting the executive-level customer's needs.
- Assists the executive customers on an on-going basis and immediately responds to urgent needs.
- Works in a proactive manner with the customers to develop long-term strategies for the efficient and effective use of all available technology.
Due to communication expectations of the position, the incumbent will be required to maintain cellular or other electronic communication device. The incumbent's salary includes additional compensation to apply toward the use of their personal mobile device.
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Position Qualifications: Required:
A combination of directly related education and experience may be met through (1) Two years post-secondary education and two years directly related work experience, or (2) a High School Diploma/GED and four years directly related work experience.
Must possess technical knowledge regarding computer operations, including proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues.
Be skilled in the use of Windows and Mac operating systems, and must possess experience working in a Help Desk environment. Possess excellent soft skills, including the ability to use creative problem-solving skills, follow-through/follow-up, and diplomacy to solve hardware and software operation and application problems while educating end-users. Possess the ability to provide efficient, effective, and timely computer support services with a positive attitude, personal flexibility and adaptability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
