Administrative Specialist Required Qualifications:
The Coastal Carolina University LIFE program seeks a dynamic individual for the full-time time limited position of Administrative Specialist reporting to the Director of the LIFE Program. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for providing support for the LIFE program team. Duties include, but are not limited to: managing office communications, coordinating office activities, maintaining contact lists, managing student documents, and assisting with publications and training materials.
Requirements: a high school diploma and two years of administrative support experience. A Bachelor’s Degree may be substituted for the related work experience. Bachelor’s Degree and experience working with individuals with disabilities are preferred. Successful candidate should also possess ability to use Microsoft Office products including Teams, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Candidates should also have the ability to multitask, effective communication skills, and strong writing and organization skills
