Job Details
Responsible for selling tickets to all Agganis Arena and Walter Brown Arena events using Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing software Provide exceptional Guest service, perform operational details, such as staff scheduling, to support the Ticket Office, and perform general office duties in the Agganis Arena Ticket Office and the Walter Brown Ticket Office.
Required SkillsMinimum of High School/GED education, attention to detail and outstanding guest service skills and at least one year of related experience. Experience in fast-paced sports and/or entertainment venues and experience with Ticketmaster systems a plus. This position is Monday through Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm with night and weekend hours based on event schedule.
