PURPOSEThe Executive Director of Admissions is responsible for oversight and management of all aspects of the enrollment department including admissions operations, outreach and recruitment, enrollment marketing and social media, reporting, and data presentation.

This position is directly responsible for providing leadership and managing functions to successfully increase enrollment on a consistent basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES
    Produce the annual enrollment plan and execute the plan to achieve or exceed annual inquiry, conversion, and matriculation targets.Performance and manages all members of the enrollment team.
  1. Work closely with the EVP and President to ensure collaboration and coordination of enrollment activities with college projects and activities.
  2. Participate in college committees and stakeholder groups, bringing enrollment perspective to all college activities.
  3. Manage admission operations including prospective student tracking and communications, matriculation and admissions process, international students, SEVIS compliance.
  4. Manage outreach and recruitment including recruiters covering Bay Area/CA/USA/international territories.
  5. Manage college open days and prospective student tours including Champions weekends and other prospective student activities.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing department to provide robust enrollment marketing including quarterly digital campaigns, social media campaigns, content, and tracking of all enrollment marketing.
  7. Provide reporting and data presentations including dashboards, tracking to targets, and other reporting to enrollment team members, stakeholders, Cabinet, EVP, and President.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Business, marketing, or communication degree.
  2. 5-8 years of college enrollment management experience.
  3. Experience with digital marketing and database analysis.
  4. Experience in chiropractic admissions is preferred.
  5. Ability to work independently in a complex environment with a high level of accuracy, reliability, and collaboration.
  6. Excellent skills in organization, oral and written communication, analytical and problem solving, leadership and team building.
  7. Ability to perform multiple duties in addition to departmental responsibilities with frequent interruptions and time pressures.
  8. Ability to lead change management.
  9. Ability to analyze and resolve conflicts in routine as well as crisis situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  1. Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business office equipment.
  2. Requires ability to communicate and exchange information, collect, compile and prepare work documents, set-up and maintain work files.
  3. Must be able to lift 25 lbs., retrieving and placing materials on high shelves and on floor-level shelves; standing, walking, carrying, grasping, hearing, seeing, sitting, kneeling, climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and reaching.
WORKING CONDITIONS

  1. Work performed in a general office environment.
  2. Periodic travel will be required.

At Life West, our program prepares the chiropractor to function as a specialized health care provider, offering care on a direct-access, initial contact basis. This care focuses on the relationship between the structure of the human body, especially the spine, and the function of the human body as coordinated by the nervous system. A chiropractor places specific attention on the relationship between the skeletal structures of the body and the nervous system and how this relationship may affect the restoration and preservation of health.
