Job Details
The Business Management department is looking for adjunct faculty who can teach at least one course per semester in marketing, customer relationship management, business communications or general business beginning Spring 2022. Online synchronous and asynchronous teaching experience using Canvas is a plus. Courses are available online, at our main campus in Arnold, MD, and in our local high schools.
Only individuals who are residents of Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia or the District of Columbia are eligible for employment at the college. You must reside in one of these states prior to a determined start date
Job Duties and Responsibilities:Responsibilities include: assessing student progress in meeting the learning objectives through formal and informal assessment, meeting required deadlines for submitting grades, attendance, and other information, as requested, and adhering to safety procedures and departmental standards.
Required Qualifications:Master's degree in business, marketing, or similar and at least 2-years of full-time professional experience OR a bachelor's degree in business with a professional certification (PMP, CFP, CPA, etc) and 2-years of full-time professional experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Availability to teach face to face or online synchronous courses during business hours (8:30-4:30); familiarity with the Canvas learning management system
