Reporting to the Director of Operations & Maintenance, HSC Campus, the Facilities Specialist’s primary role is to serve as the initial point of contact for Facilities Management and dispatch calls for all buildings on the HSC Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls, logging the reported issue, contacting the responsible party to address the problem, and complete clerical tasks as assigned. This position is often the first point of contact within the department and will have to triage the reported problem and dispatch appropriate personnel accordingly quickly, and calmly.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Education and Experience:At least 1 year of directly related experience.
