Radiologic Technologist Adjunct Faculty

Tallahassee Community College- is seeking to hire adjunct faculty for the Radiologic Technology Program for the 2020-21 academic year.

MAJOR FUNCTION: Adjunct faculty will provide instruction, and service and support of college policies and procedures. Opportunities for professional development may be available through the Center for Professional Enrichment.

Adjunct Faculty Minimum Qualifications: Requires an Associate's degree, two years of clinical experience and must be licensed as an American Registry Radiologic Technologists (AART). A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

All prospective adjunct faculty must have a clear background check and drug screening, and must be able to be approved for clinical rotations at all clinical sites.

In addition to the minimum qualifications listed for this position adjunct faculty are expected to demonstrate the following characteristics:

    1. Commitment to student retention and success
    2. Commitment to development and assessment of student learning
    3. Use of technology and innovative approaches to enhance teaching and learning, including distance learning and alternative delivery systems
    4. Willingness to support a diverse population of learners inside and beyond the classroom
    5. Ability to work in a participatory and collegial setting
