No Essential Job Functions:
1. Performs daily front desk operations including financial transactions to ensure optimal revenue collection.
2. Schedules patient appointments to ensure smooth patient flow and business operations.
3. Enters /reviews data and/or accounts in NSU specific software systems.
4. Responds to internal (NSU) and external inquiries and resolves complex problems requiring broad understanding of policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
5. May lead, train and monitor the work of clinical staff to ensure work is performed according to clinic standards.

High School Diploma or EquivalentMajor (if required): Required Experience:
High School Diploma and minimum three (3) years of directly related experience.
Associates' Degree or 60 college credits and minimum two (2) years of directly related experience.Preferred Qualifications:
1. Associates' Degree or 60 college credits and minimum two (2) years of directly related experience.
2. Experience in a healthcare environment.
3. Experience with Electronic Medical Record system.
