Job Details
(Contingent upon available funding): 14.00 - 19.10, Hourly Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: Manage the financial operations, and data and information reporting.
Manage the daily financial operations in the areas of purchasing, accounts payable, financial reporting and coordination of budget development and preparation. Procure and monitor equipment associated with grants and contracts. Seek new grant opportunities.
Assist human resources, providing budgetary and administrative support for School of Global Studies and Partnerships (SGSP) units. Special Instructions to Applicants Applicant MUST upload cover page, resumé and references. Education & Experience Position Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED and five years of experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with others, sometimes under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance. Familiarity with OSU policies and procedures.

Oklahoma State University-Center for Health Sciences was founded in 1972 and is home to the College of Osteopathic Medicine, as well as graduate programs in forensics, biomedicine, healthcare and athletic training. Our core business is education; and it takes more than 500 faculty and staff members to run our institution.
