The RLDP will embed the development of leadership skill sets throughout its curriculum, all toward equipping students to engage crucial contemporary problems from a variety of disciplinary orientations.

As a mission driven institution, Case Western Reserve University aims to deeply foster learning and spearhead innovation, instilling these values in our students’ cognitive and ethical profiles. The executive director must have the intellectual drive and curiosity equal to our university’s faculty and students. The executive director will possess a commitment to the mission of the RLDP and the University.
