The Department of Mathematics seeks to fill one tenure-track position in the area of Probability at the Assistant Professor level, beginning August 2022.

Candidates must have a PhD in mathematics or a related area; strong research record; and commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level. Post-doctoral experience is strongly preferred. Successful candidates are expected to pursue independent research.   Inclusiveness and diversity are critical to the success of the Department of Mathematics, the College of Arts & Sciences, and Syracuse University.
