Job Description:

Visitor Service Representatives cheerfully greet and direct visitors, assist them in our Museum Store, answer our multi-line phone system, and sell tickets for exhibitions. A successful applicant has a great attitude and the ability to function as a knowledgeable and cheerful ambassador of our institution. Ability to multi-task, handle a fast pace professional working environment and communicate effectively are essential, experience with POS systems, cash handling, and customer service industry preferred.

Expected Salary:

12.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

1 Part-time Weekend full-shift availability required. 20 hours per week, shifts are Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm and Sunday 12:00pm-5:30pm; Availability during winter break required. This is a time-limited position, one-year minimum commitment preferred.
