Job Description- Understands how the team integrates with others to accomplish team objectives
- Exercises judgment, based on previous experience, practice and precedent, to identify and solve problems that arise which may have little or no precedent
- May provide guidance to others in completingrelated duties
- Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team
- Exchanges ideas and information effectively with others inside and outside of own team
- Uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with others
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
