Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.:- Must possess mechanical knowledge of lock/key equipment and systems
- Experience cutting keys
- Experience auditing and maintaining inventory
– At least one (1) year of professional experience in this trade
– Experience in higher education and/or government
– Proficiency using e-mail and portable electronic communication devices
– Experience using AiM and SAP
Responsible for installing, repairing, rekeying, and maintaining all locks on campus. Responsible for installing, repairing, rekeying, and maintaining all locks on campus.
Job Duties:Performs installation, re-keying, preventative maintenance, and repairs to mechanical lock and key systems and equipment on the University campus. Issues and receipts keys, audits and maintains keys and key inventory, and maintains hard copy and electronic records. Ensures security of keys.
