Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study with three years of applicable facilities or project management experience.Preferred Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.Responsibilities Serve as point of contact between the College of Nursing main campus and Athens campus related to all matters of the building/facilities. The duties include, but are not limited to:
    Serve as point of contact between the College of Nursing main campus and Athens campus related to all matters of the building/facilities.Liaise with Property Owner representative regarding building/facility’s needs. Liaise with environmental services team to ensure clean and well-maintained facilities. Complete daily checks of building to ensure that appliances/equipment are operational.Place request for regular building maintenance services.Oversee daily building operations to ensure the proper working order of the security, fire prevention, and other safety systems. Respond to alarms to determine emergency resources needed.Liaise with local fire and police departments as needed for building security and protection.Oversee the issuance of building access proximity cards. Assist with set-up/breakdown of classrooms, simulation, skills lab and associated furnishings/equipment. Liaise with vendors regarding needed supplies and equipment for building operations and work with Business Office for purchasing.Coordinate the receipt of all deliveries.Close and secure building at end of each business day.
    Activate alarm system at end of each business day.Performs other duties as assigned.
Shift/Salary Shift: Days/M-F (8:00am - 5:00pm) (Work outside of the normal business hours may be required.)
