The Recruitment Associate, in Temple’s Office of Physician/Faculty Recruitment and Retention (OPFRR) is a dynamic individual who will be responsible for providing programmatic support to the full cycle physician/faculty recruitment & retention process. The Recruitment Associate works closely with all members of the OPFRR team regarding full cycle recruitment activities for faulty (clinical/basic science) and non-faculty/TFP physicians within Temple Health. The Associate will play a key role in a program which has been a major contributor to Temple’s overall success with physician/faculty recruitment for over a decade. The new team member will help gather information to develop and execute robust candidate procurement strategies including identifying potential candidates through social media, purchased databases; direct-mail; e-mail blasts; Job boards; medical journals-on-line, home grown lists and other creative sources including diversity specific sites, groups and resources. The team member will manage advertising/marketing activity and job postings. The Associate will schedule and manage candidate site visits. The scheduling of site visits includes coordinating itineraries and notifying the appropriate stakeholders; scheduling travel arrangements and hotel accommodations; making meal reservations; hosting/escorting candidates and guests during the interview day; and processing travel reimbursements. The Associate will also be available to host virtual interview and online lectures; troubleshooting issues as they arise. The incumbent will also complete routine immigration tasks and interface with Temple University ISSS, Temple Health HR and the Clinical and Basic Science Departments. Focus on maintaining a high level of customer service and superior candidate experience. Performs work of a confidential nature, makes decisions within the scope of authority and assumes responsibility with minimal supervision. Represents Temple in local, regional and national career fairs, conventions and networking events. Performs other duties as assigned. This position requires the ability to work onsite as needed. Frequency of onsite work subject to change based on business needs. Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a healthcare environment preferably with exposure to physician recruitment/talent acquisition/HR. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be consideredRequired Skills & Abilities:
