Position:
The Department of Sociology at Trinity Christian College seeks an experienced instructor for an introductory level course, Principles of Sociology, for Spring 2022. This is a hybrid-format course, combining weekly, in-person sessions alongside asynchronous learning activities.

Qualifications:
A master's degree in Sociology is required. Graduate degrees in related fields may also be considered.
Trinity seeks candidates for faculty positions who are professing Christians and committed to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service. They should support the goals of a strong liberal arts education in the tradition of Reformed Christian higher education and be competent to demonstrate to students a mature articulation of faith and learning.

Candidates must complete the adjunct faculty application, which includes the submission of a résumé/CV, three references, copies of official transcripts from all graduate programs, and a brief statement of their faith. Trinity Christian College is a four-year liberal arts college located in Palos Heights, Illinois, a suburb twenty miles southwest of Chicago.
