Administrative Program Support Associate- Residence Life   

Full-time; Non-exempt; MR03

Reporting to the Associate Director of Residence Life and providing support to the Assistant Director for Academic Initiatives, the Administrative Program Support Associate position will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for both positions. 

  • The position is responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing for meetings, updating reports and statistical information.  Screening questions and inquiries from campus partners, parents, students and directs them to the appropriate personnel or department. 
  • Assist with vacant position searches by developing interview itinerary, communicating with candidates and interview, procuring flights, reserving hotel accommodations, and coordinating the catering of meals.   Processing receipts for the programming funds and department meal cards.  The position works closely with staff to keep recruitment of student staff files and information updated.  
  • Process all travel requests and travel expense reports for the residence life staff.  Request vehicles through Fleet Management.  Keeping upto-date with University policies and procedures. 
  • Supervise and approve time for the department’s student mail runner. 
 



Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma and 3 years of administrative support experience.
